ArmTransitGroup is a licensed freight broker and authorized Landstar agent providing freight brokerage and logistics services, including but not limited to:

• Temperature-controlled and refrigerated freight
• Hazardous materials (hazmat) freight brokerage
• Flatbed and specialized freight coordination

3. SMS Text Messaging Program

By providing your phone number and checking the SMS consent checkbox on our contact form, you agree to receive text messages from ArmTransitGroup. The following terms apply to our SMS program:

• Program Description: ArmTransitGroup sends SMS messages for quote confirmations, load status updates, dispatch notifications, and customer service communications related to your active freight shipments.
• Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your shipment activity and service requests. You may receive multiple messages per shipment.
• Message and Data Rates: Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply to SMS messages you send or receive from us.
• Opt-Out Instructions: You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message received from ArmTransitGroup. Upon receipt of your STOP message, we will send one final confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent to your number unless you re-enroll.
• Help: For help or more information, reply HELP to any SMS message or contact us at (781) 742-0199.
• Carrier Disclaimer: Mobile carriers, including T-Mobile, are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Consent Not Required: Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing or receiving any freight brokerage service from ArmTransitGroup.
• Data Sharing: Text message opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties for marketing purposes. This information may only be shared with aggregators and SMS delivery providers as necessary to deliver your messages.

4. User Responsibilities

When using our website or services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information in all forms and communications.
• Not misrepresent the nature, classification, or weight of any freight.
• Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including DOT regulations for hazardous materials.

5. Freight Brokerage Disclaimer

ArmTransitGroup acts solely as a freight broker and not as a motor carrier. We arrange for transportation services on your behalf but are not responsible for the physical transportation of your cargo. All transportation services are performed by independent licensed motor carriers. ArmTransitGroup is not liable for loss, damage, delay, or misdelivery of cargo, which is governed by the applicable carrier tariff and the Carmack Amendment (49 U.S.C. § 14706).

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ArmTransitGroup shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services. ArmTransitGroup is not responsible for any delays, failures in delivery, or other issues related to the transmission or receipt of text messages. Delivery of text messages is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed.
